Let’s Go! Acts 3

Let’s Go! — Acts 3

Seeing People, Speaking Christ

In Acts 3, we see how God uses ordinary obedience and faithful compassion to advance the gospel one life at a time.

Peter and John were simply following their regular rhythm of prayer when God placed them in a divine appointment with a man who had been crippled from birth. Instead of rushing past him, they stopped and truly saw him—not as an interruption or a problem, but as a person created in God’s image.

Through the power of Jesus Christ, the man was healed, but the miracle was never the main point. Peter made it clear that the power was not his own. The healing opened the door for something greater: the clear proclamation of the gospel. Peter boldly spoke the truth about Jesus—His death, resurrection, and call to repentance and faith.

Acts 3 reminds us that compassion and proclamation always belong together. Seeing people matters, but faith comes from hearing, and the gospel must be spoken for lives to be changed. God often advances His mission through faithful believers who are willing to see needs, do what they can, trust God with the results, and point people to Christ.

This message challenges us to live with open eyes, open hearts, and open mouths—trusting God to use ordinary moments for eternal purposes.
